We have now completed the changes in our legal structure with the birth of our new holding company, Kookaburra Technologies Limited. By saying goodbye to our old holding company, we’ve built a more flexible legal and financial framework to streamline our future growth plans.
We have also renamed Electro-Comm to Flywheel IT Services (West Midlands) Limited.
A few new people have recently joined our company and you can expect more good news in the future. Meanwhile it’s business as usual for all our people and customers at Flywheel IT Services (East Midlands), Flywheel IT Services (West Midlands), Nexus Associates and Colwyn Technologies.
