Using our contact forms
If you leave your contact details using one of our contact forms, the data will be stored temporarily on our secure web server and then transferred to our secure network servers and deleted from the web server. It will be handled in accordance with GDPR. Should you wish to have your data removed from our servers, please send a written request via our contact page. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Using our Chatbot
This website is using Tidio, a chat platform that connects users with the sales team of Flywheel IT Services and its various business units. We are collecting email addresses/names/phone numbers only with the consent of the users, in order to start the chat. The messages and data exchanged are stored within the Tidio application. For more information, please refer to their Privacy Policy (external link).
Flywheel is not making use of these messages or data other than to follow up on users’ registered issues or inquiries. Your personal data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
